The word mindset gets bantered around. What does it mean?
Mindset comprises all your thoughts. Every single one of them.
From good to bad, from happy to sad.
We think we have no control over these thoughts, that we are reacting to life happening to us.
But that is the BIG LIE!
It is the opposite of what we think.
We think we are reacting to life but in fact we are creating it!
Every single thing in your life is a reflection of your thinking.
I know it sounds crazy but it's true. That is how powerful your mind is.
We create our reality every moment of every day.
So why not harness it?
Use your thoughts to create the life you want.
And it’s easier than you think. We just happen to be in old thinking habits. Now we need to go to the gym for the brain and exercise new muscles.
Ready?
1. Use Affirmation
My favorite source for these is Louise Hay. She was the QUEEN!
Here's a great source from her website
There you can find tons. Choose the ones that really alighn with you right now.
Affirmation helps shift from lack thinking into prosperity, healing, loving, manifesting thinking.
Give it a try.
Commit to a week, a month, whatever you want, and see how much better you feel!
2. Use Prayer
What if I told you that God (universe, source...) wants to give you everything you want?
But here's the catch - you have to ask for it!
Prayer is asking.
Don't feel scared. Don’t think your ask is too small or too big. Or that you don’t deserve to ask.
I believe that God = Love ❤️ and this loving intelligence only wants your good and happiness.
3. Use Meditation
Meditation helps us begin to observe our mind patterns. Eventually, we might even go beyond those thoughts and become the observer.
Here’s a tool from my website to help you cultivate a mindfulness practice, or you can always listen to my guided meditations on my podcast, Love’s Refuge too.
This is an exciting time.
Use your mind to help create the life, the world, the future you want.
